China Glaze: For Audrey + Essence: Make Me Holo top coat

Hello, here's another quick post on layering  -

I love China Glaze's For Audrey (see my original post here) as a creme polish but I wanted to see what it would look like with a subtle shimmer.  One coat of Essence's Make Me Holo top coat added a very subtle blue highlight to the finish:

Indoors natural daylight

Lamplight

I think the top coat added a bit of depth to the mani without taking anything away from the original colour.  What do you think?

That's all for now.

@Polish AMOR - You have a keen eye. This does look different IRL but I didn't think it was as obvious in my pics!

@Angie - For Audrey is gorgeous, and one of my faves :)

@Vintage Makeup - Thanks, I loved this effect too :)

  5. With the topcoat it makes me think of staring down into a pool of bright, clear water. :) The topcoat kinda looks like ripples or something, adding the slightest bit of distortion (in a good way!)

  6. @SilhouetteScreams - That's exactly what I was thinking, this is a watery effect. I wanted to say it but I didn't want to be too corny sounding. xoxo
