L-R:
Asia (deep pink-toned nude)
Temptation (strawberry red)
I've been wearing these lipsticks quite a lot over the past few weeks and I'm a bit hooked on them! Temptation is a great work-appropriate winter red for me, and Asia is a versatile go-with-everything shade. The pigmentation in these lipsticks is fantastic and they feel weightless on the lips. The finish is semi-matte so they don't slide off or need constant reapplication. I find I only need to apply the lipstick in the morning before work, reapply once after lunch and I'm good for the rest of the day until I get home. The other great thing is the price: at $9.95AUD they're around half the price (or less) of other drugstore brands such as L'Oreal or Revlon. Also, there's a great colour range available from the lightest pinks and nudes to vampy burgundies and plums.
What are the cons? None really in my opinion. Although, I suppose if you're after a moisturising or high shine formula then these are probably not for you.
Australian readers can buy Rimmel cosmetics at Big W, Coles, Kmart, Target, Priceline, Woolworths, David Jones and selected pharmacies.
That's all for now.

I love those!!! I bought Asia the other day too. They're really great and inexpensive :)
ReplyDeleteAsia looks really pretty & wearable! Great swatches & review dear :)
ReplyDeleteAsia is more up my alley, but both colors are just beautiful. I'm fairly impressed with the swatches. Thanks for sharing! :)
ReplyDelete@Melyssa - these really are great lipsticks for the price. I must admit I've been eyeing off more colours to buy - not that I need them! ;)
ReplyDelete@Vintage Makeup - Asia literally wears well with anything - thanks for the positive feedback :)
@Huda Kaake - My pleasure! I'm always happy to share when I'm enjoying a product, particularly if I find it's good value for money!
