Yes the name of this polish is typically hilarious or "Hula-rious!" as OPI have put it!
That's Hula-rious! (try typing that quickly without making a mistake!) is a fairly standard pastel mint green cream although the coverage was above average. I was able to get it done in just 2 coats of colour where I would have expected 3 to achieve full coverage with a pastel. This is definitely a spring-appropriate shade although I enjoyed going against our southern autumn and wearing it last week...

Such a gorgeous pistachio shade!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! Makes me hanker for spring :-)
DeleteOoh, love! I have a Butter London shade that's sort of like this, but a little dustier, I think. I like pistachio and & mint shades a lot, but it's hard to find a good one!
ReplyDeleteI loved it - but my husband didn't! Lol! I don't wear polish for him anyway so I just laugh it off, hehe!
DeleteThat's a really cool colour! I love it!
ReplyDeleteYeah it's a really fun pastel!
DeleteThis particular shade of mint looks human-hand-friendly!
ReplyDeleteI've tried something like essie "Mint Candy Apple" which is a perfect color, maybe too perfect that it makes my hand look so so ugly. I also have Revlon Minted but it is quite streaky.. ;-/
Yes I think this shade is a touch warmer than Mint Candy Apple although I don't have the bottle to make a direct comparison - it wore really well too with no patchiness so I enjoyed the application and the wearing! :)
DeleteAh, so refreshing! I admire these colours on others but they tend to turn stark or too yellow against my skin tone. Love it on you.
ReplyDeleteAw thanks Liz! xo
