Revlon: Flirt

Time for a quick spring appropriate mani after all this wonderful weather we've been having...

Flirt is a lavender/pink creme from Revlon's updated polish line and I've always had a soft spot for these sorts of pinks.  I guess it appeals to my inner girly because it's a candy sort of colour, and it's bright without being too attention seeking.  This is two coats with topcoat and excuse the cuticle oil overload - not too photogenic I know.  Also, I had an issue with weird wrinkling on the pinky nail of my right hand, only!  Can't explain it and it got so bad I repainted the pinky nail after I took the pictures.  On the positive side all pictures were taken in full, glorious sun!

I do like this colour and I'm pretty sure I've got quite a few variations of it in my stash!

That's it for now.

Vita :)

    1. I've been madly swatching my way through OPI's Germany collection and though I'm loving it I needed a break from the intensity. Ah Spring, it was here in Melbourne for 4 days straight and now it's disappeared again - Come back!

    1. Thanks so much Ina. I guess it explains why I'm constantly drawn to these lavender pinks. I love them and they love me back, lol!

  5. Such a bright, bubblegum pink! I quite like it, actually. It's so much fun to see you all in the Southern hemisphere gearing up for spring when we're slowly starting to bring out our cold weather clothing here :D It's like getting the best of both worlds ;)

    1. Coming from you that's a big compliment because I think you're a vampy, rock chick at heart, lol! I know, isn't it weirdly good how we're heading in opposite directions but we can still be inspired by each other's part of the world...

  6. Definitely a spring colour! That's the only season when I'd look at a shade like that personally. But it looks so great against your skin tone! I think a part of the reason I don't like it is it doesn't suit yellow tones like mine.

    1. I know, after a season of summer shades you'll be craving a change. I feel the same way in reverse of course!
