Make Me Holo is not a holographic but a translucent milky polish with a soft blue undertone and it reminds me of moonstone. One coat of this turned my red creme mani into a shimmery blurple-pink. This combination takes me back to my childhood:
Full sun
Shade
Indoors natural light
For Australian readers the Black and White range is available at selected Target stores in NSW and Victoria. Check out Essence Au on Facebook for location details.
That's all for now.
Vita :)
Vita!! Please please please do a How To Paint Your Nails Perfectly tutorial! I try but I have never achieved perfection and my close-up photos of nail swatches are shockingly BAD!
ReplyDeletethanks :D
What an awesome combo!
ReplyDeleteYou're so creative. :)
@Ling - I'm flattered that you think my polishing skills are worth sharing. Thank you! I'll certainly do a post on this for you. It may take a few weeks to arrange because I'm going away for a couple of weeks holidays really soon! I'll have to recruit my hubby or son to take the pics.
ReplyDelete@Vintage Makeup - Thanks :) I look forward to more layering fun with this top coat.
Ahhh what a beautiful topcoat! I want to see them bring out an *actual* holo topcoat too ;]
ReplyDelete@SilhouetteScreams - I'd be running to get that one!!! :)
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I feel silly, I saw this when it was released and didn't think I needed it, but now that I've seen this I want it! Did you get anything else from the blackandwhite collection?
ReplyDeleteLove love the combo!
ReplyDelete@Drama & Makeup - Thank you :)
ReplyDelete@emmabovary - The top coat was the only thing I bought. All the other products were standard matte black & white and didn't really excite me either.
ReplyDeleteLove me some pretty purple (as you know) :D
ReplyDelete@Chloeblue - You and me both! I need to wear purple more often. :)
